PROCESSING TIME Order processing usually takes 1-4 business days. Please note that holidays and weekends are not included in the processing time. If the products you ordered are prepared within 24 hours, we can ship them within one day.
Made-to-order items, large orders, and custom orders have a standard processing time of 4-10 business days. After placing and checking the order, we will inform you of the correct fulfillment timeframe.

We are not responsible for delivery delays that occur when the customer officially changes the address and requests the shipment or discontinuation of postal services at their post office. EXPEDITED SHIPPING You can choose the option of shipping your order via DHL or FEDEX for a fee. Certain products may have restrictions due to shipping regulations and carrier availability. We will notify you if your order cannot be shipped due to these.
ORDER TRACKING
• After your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. You can track your order through our carrier's website or via the tracking link provided in the email.
SHIPPING COSTS We offer standard economy shipping. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
SPARE PARTS Replacement items for delayed orders will be sent free of charge. To ensure the return of additional products, only shipping costs will be charged. Shipping costs will be refunded upon receipt of the returned product. The shipping cost of the replacement item will depend on the quantity and product. Usually, it is the same shipping cost as in the original order.
We are not responsible for sending replacements to correct errors made by the customer when placing the order. Check your address details and email us as soon as you notice any discrepancies. Once the item is sent/delivered, we cannot return or exchange it.
